Texas: Man arrested for killing 21-year-old Cypress Ramos

In Texas, a 32-year-old man named Allan Montemayor’s murder warrant provides the information related to the death of 21-year-old Cypress Ramos on Saturday.

Moreover, the warrant stated Ramos had been died after getting stuck with a hard object. The dead body of Ramos was discovered in a storage unit in the 2700 block of North Frankford Avenue after a neighbour noticed a fire in the neighbourhood.

The warrant depicts the Lubbock Fire Rescue’s data to pressurize the entry into the storage unit as it was sealed. The firefighters have blown out the fire, and then they found the body of Ramos. The Lubbock Police reached the location where the incident took place.

During the time, when the police officers were on the scene, the other officials were called to another location where Montemayor had a word with the other people present, and there was a dead body in his storage unit with fire.

As per the warrant, three of the individual at the second location told the officers on Monday Montemayor mentioned in a statement that he f**ck*d up.

By observing the video that has been captured in the camera, the investigators were able to find out a truck belonging to Montemayor, which was arrived at the storage unit.

The man with some other guy got out towards the pickup, and then both of them went inside the storage unit. They were in the storage unit for more than an hour and 20 minutes. Afterwards, Montemayor came out and locked the unit’s door, and he was all alone.

The family members and friends of Cypress Ramos states that she was a female.

The police mentioned to Montemayor that they needed to gather his clothes and wanted some photographs. When he removed his pants, there were spots of blood on his legs which was observed by the investigator. The bloodstains have been collected as evidence.

Furthermore, the man told the police officer that he knew that a song made him kill the person. Besides, he also thinks that the individual he has killed also heard a song in which there were instructions to kill Montemayor.

Currently, the man is in the Lubbock County Detention Center, where he has been charged with murder and held a bond of around $500,000.
