Sacramento man accused of shooting, killing 1, injures 3 on Easter

United States: The 31-year-old man has been accused of shooting as well as killing one man as well as injuring three others on Easter Sunday, as per the Sheriff’s Office of Sacramento County.

According to the authorities, the man named Joel Tyrone Zeigler was apprehended for the deadly shooting of 33-year-old Robert Earl Daniel, the office of the sheriff mentioned in the statement on Sunday. He also faces the charges of wounding three other individuals. The incident happened about the 7200 block of Franklin Boulevard last Sunday around 12:16 a.m.

Immediately after the incident took place after the shooting, the sheriff’s officials stated that they responded to the scene after getting the reports that someone was shot and was lying in the parking lot of a business.

Moreover, two of the men and one woman were discovered. Each of them was shot at least one time, as per the sheriff’s office. The first responders pronounced Daniel dead at the scene.

The two the other people have been taken to the local health care centre for non-life-threatening injuries. The fourth person, who had serious injuries, went to the hospital. It is not identified what the status of their injuries is.

Along with this, Zeigler is on formal searchable probation till 2034 due to this a 2022 case where he is accused of possession for sales of marijuana or hashish. Sheriff’s officials did not state what led to his detention.

Furthermore, Zeigler has been booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail as well as has been scheduled to appear in court on April 26.
