Texas mother killed a man who tries to intrude into her home while her 3 children were asleep

United States: A Texas mother killed a man who broke into her residence while her three children were asleep inside, according to the police officials.

As per the data shared by the sources, the female has not been identified yet, but it has been reported that she is of 30-year-old and was at her San Antonio home with her three children.

At about 10 p.m. on Thursday, she heard the voice that somebody had broken into the home.

Moreover, the police officers mentioned in the statement that the man was identified as the 41-year-old Roman Rodriguez, who entered the home from the rear through the laundry room, which is bordering to the South Side Lions Park, according to the sources.

Some images that have been shared reflect the fence all over the house, which appeared to be broken.

Along with this, at this point, the police officials of Texas mentioned that the woman grabbed a gun and shot the home intruder two times inside the chest.

At the time when the police officials reached the crime scene of the 600 block of Kashmuir Place, they discovered Rodriguez sitting in a chair in the backyard as he bled out.

In addition, Rodriguez died from his injuries on the way to the health care center, highlighted in the police report, along with the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s decision that he died from the gunshot injuries to the trunk of the human body.

No other injuries have been reported till now.

Furthermore, police are still working on the incident they are investigating the shooting, but the owner of the house is not facing any charges because of the state’s Castle Doctrine, which gives permission for the usage of force against another individual who is unlawfully and forcefully entering or attempting to enter one’s home, vehicle or workplace, according to the officials.
