United States: A naked guy was detained after being accused of beating a woman in South Florida who did not provide him with a crack pipe to smoke Cocaine.
Roberto Hercules, the guy who was arrested on Friday in Hialeah, is now being charged with three felonies.
A complaint claims that the accused guy attacked the lady at Northwest 72nd Street and South River Drive in Medley while “totally nude” and just wearing a cowboy hat.
According to reports from the Miami-Dade police, the victim encountered Hercules while riding her bicycle nearby.
He asked the woman if she had a crack pipe, as well as the officers mentioned in the statement that he attacked her soon after she said that she had no pipe. The victim jumped from her bicycle to run away from the attacker, but Hercules reportedly chased after her as well as continued to strike her with a machete on his left arm and head. The accused ran off from the location of the crime.
The cops said he attacked the woman shortly after she refused to have a crack pipe when he asked the woman if she had one. Hercules reportedly pursued the victim when she hopped off her bicycle to flee from the assailant and proceeded to assault her with a machete on his left arm and head. From the scene of the crime, the accused fled.
The violent encounter left the woman with several wounds, including a cracked head, a broken arm, a laceration on her left arm, and bleeding in a tiny area of her brain. When the report was submitted, she was in “stable condition” in the critical care unit.
The suspected guy reportedly said he wanted to “get shot” when the authorities arrived at the tent before cooperating with the inquiry. The victim of the assault recognised Hercules after being given a lineup of his photos. While she was still in the hospital bed, the procedure was completed.
