Saint Lucia: Ernest Hilaire welcomes Captain Neil Justin after his maiden landing at Hewanorra International Airport

Castries, Saint Lucia: Deputy Prime Minister, and Tourism Minister of Saint Lucia, Ernest Hilaire welcomed Saint Lucian Captain Neil Justin on his maiden landing at Hewanorra International Airport as Captain. 

He took to his official social media account and mentioned in the statement that it is a perfect example of having a big dream and pursuing goals. 

Ernest Hilaire noted, “Today we welcomed Saint Lucian Captain Neil Justin on his maiden landing at Hewanorra International Airport as Captain. This is an example of pursuing your goals and dreaming big. The sky is no longer the limit, and the world is your oyster.”

Neil Justin, who was recently promoted to Captain with Jet Blue, made his maiden flight (JB881) to Saint Lucia on Wednesday, December 14, landing at the Hewanorra International Airport (UVF).

His dreams of being a pilot were inspired when the youngster lived in Sans Souci and would look out at the aircraft taking off and touching down at the now George FL Charles Airport. 

A welcoming party including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism, Dr Ernest Hilaire, officials from the Ministry of Tourism, Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA), Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA), as well as family and friends were there to greet Captain Justin as he landed on Saint Lucian soil.

While expressing their happiness and pleasure, many people commented,
