India: The Deputy Minister of Finance for Economic Affairs, of Egypt, Sherine ElSharkawy, described India as a desirable location for “investment and tourism.”
As per the information shared by Sherine El Sharkawy to Asian News International (ANI), she emphasised that there are several opportunities in the nation, particularly in the field of information technology.
India is an interesting travel and Investment destination because of its diverse cultures. There are many business opportunities, mainly in the Information Technology industry, said Sherine El Sharkawy, during her interactive session with ANI.
Along with this, she made comments during the cultural program and the dinner planned for the G20 delegates on the cruise ship, named, “The Bengal Paddle’ which was in Kolkata.
Sherine ElSharkawy mentioned her admiration for India in an interview with ANI, stating that she is impressed with India as it has invited nations who are part of the G20 to share their concerns with other countries.
Along with this, Egypt’s Deputy Minister of Finance for Economic Affairs, Sherine ElSharkawy, praised the working group sessions held under India’s G20 presidency as “very useful.”
Notably, on December 1, the nation became the president of G20.
Sherine ElSharkawy mentioned in the statement that she is satisfied and impressed with how it is being handled. To provide ideas and to listen to the concerns of other countries, India has invited a large number of countries that are not part of G20.
She further added that all of the working groups in which she has participated are very useful, as well as helping with discussions and the exchange of ideas between members and non-members. Each topic was carefully selected and very important for the current economic environment.
Sherine ElSharkawy explained the links between Egypt and India as “extremely strong” and noted the similarities between the people of both nations. She highlighted in a statement to Asian News International (ANI) that people from the same culture and tradition who enjoy the same kind of music, food and religion, are quite very similar. All of this is highly diversified, as well as India and Egypt are currently cooperating in many different ways.
