Alipov said that one of these documents is the India-Russia Strategic Partnership of 2000, which, according to the statement, is one of the first of its kind in the world. Alipov said in the statement that talks between India and Russia continue at different levels, including the annual meeting of leaders.

Alipov says that strong human relationships are a key part of the multilateral partnership between Russia and India. The Festival of Russian Culture, which will be held in November 2022 in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata, is a good example of how popular cultural events are in both countries.
