The Saint Lucia Ministry of Education, Sustainable Development, and Innovation have announced a call for applications for the 2023 OAS Academic Scholarships Programme. This programme is open to anybody from an Organisation of American States (OAS) member nation who wants to do undergraduate, graduate, or postdoctoral research in another OAS member nation.
The scholarships are meant to assist OAS members who desire to further their education and learn new skills and knowledge. The coursework must be completed full-time and may be done on-site, online, or a combination of both. The final day to apply is March 4, 2023.
The Central Library has launched a new initiative to support local artists in the performing, literary, and artistic arts. The library has paired this project with an exhibition of goods from budding businesspeople, providing them with a platform to promote their products and ideas. The community’s talented citizens and up-and-coming companies will benefit from this endeavour and get support and recognition.
Furthermore, students in Education District Two are having a terrific start to the semester after participating in the district’s annual fun walk on Friday. Children can participate in a “fun walk” every year, where they may gain fitness while having fun with their classmates and teachers.
Finally, District One students have created a creative and entertaining film that integrates math and music lessons. The film emphasises the student’s musical talent and demonstrates how music and mathematics may be blended in fun and engaging way.
