Women wounded during Italian village shooting

In Columbus, Ohio, the police officials are looking for a suspect after an argument that later led to a shooting in the Italian Village the night on Sunday, March 3.

As per the police officials, they heard the sound of a gun firing in the 1000 block of North 4th Street at about 2:50 a.m.

Moreover, the police mentioned that they heard the sound that a person who was shot drove to North High Street as well as East 4th Avenue and flagged down an officer.

Along with this, the people who suffered the incident said to the police officials that they were in the parking lot nearby the Fox in the Snow Café on North 4th Street, as well as the other car was blocking the only exit from the lot.

According to the police officials, the victims got into an argument with the woman inside the car that was blocking the exit area, which was the only place for the way out.

After the vehicle was moved from blocking the departure area, the victims began to leave the parking lot, and the gunshots were fired on them by an unknown person.

In addition, a 26-year-old female was shot in the neck and was taken to the Grant Medical Center as she was in severe condition. Afterward, the police officials stated that her health was stable after the treatment in the health care center.

Furthermore, two of the other women were inside the car at the time the shooting took place, but they were not injured. The police, along with the investigators, are still working on the case and searching for more evidence related to the incident that took place.
