USAID brings primary health care services to Tondo

United States: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) brings primary health care services to Tondo with the help of the health officer-in-charge Maria Rosario Singh-Vergeire, together with United States Agency for International Development Missions Director Ryan Washburn and USAID officials.

On November 28, they led the “Healthy at Happy as Barangay 20: A walkthrough in slums of Tondo” event in Tondo, Manila, to hold activities that promote health as well as wellness in the community.

Along with this, while having the session, they covered all the seven priority areas of DOH’s Health Promotion Framework Strategy. DOH and USAID led the conduct of various health as well as wellness activities such as nutrition programs, free medical consultations, and information dissemination on TB prevention. Mobile van checkups, among others.

Moreover, the official Facebook page of the Department of Health in the Philippines mentioned in the statement that at the starting they extended their gratitude to the USAID as well as the local administration that promote health and welness to the families.

The OIC Vergeire stated that with true efforts like this, they are on the way to a healthy Pilipinas where the people of Filipinos are health -literate and people looking for health striving to achieve optimum health.

On the other hand, they also shared an update that they are hiring some staff members. They require two medical officers. 2. Four (4) copies of the accomplished and duly signed Personal Data Sheet Form (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017)

3. Four (4) copies of the accomplished and duly signed Work Experience Sheet Form (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017)

4. One (1) copy of the Transcript of Records

5. One (1) copy of the Diploma

6. One (1) copy of CSC Eligibility and PRC Eligibility, including both PRC License and Board Rating

7. Copy of Certificate of Training

8. IPCR Rating equivalent to one rating period (applicable to permanent government employees only)

The deadline for Submission will be DECEMBER 9, 2022. Please note that we will no longer entertain applicants who have incomplete requirements and will not accept applications after the said deadline.
