It claims that at 7:01 PM yesterday, a 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck the Dominican Republic. This earthquake’s epicentre was in the North Atlantic Ocean in the Dominican Republic (20.644°N / 71.878°W).
Due to the earthquake’s low magnitude and origin, 206 kilometres beneath the ocean’s surface, there was no shaking or significant repercussions during its occurrence, and no property damage was reported on the island.
