Antigua and Barbuda: Art week competition winners to be revealed at V.C. Bird International Airport

The Antigua and Barbuda tourism authority reported that winners of the Antigua and Barbuda art week competition were revealed during the opening of the Antigua and Barbuda art week exhibition at the V.C. Bird International Airport.

The Tourism Authority announced the winners in the Antigua and Barbuda Art Week School Art Competition held under the theme: ‘Culture in Colour’. A total of twenty-six entries were submitted for the competition, which ran from March 7 – April 6, 2023.

On his official Facebook account, the Antigua Tourism Authority informed that the winners and the winning pieces are set to reveal during a ceremony at the V.C. Bird International Airport yesterday to officially open the Antigua and Barbuda Art Week exhibition at the airport.

Following is the list of the winners of the thirty-day Art Week competition-

𝟳-𝟵 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀:
𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲, 𝗦𝘁. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹(𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲)

The winning entries are part of the AntiguaBarbudaArtWeek exhibition featuring noted visual artists and young, talented fashion designers. The show runs until April 22, 2023.
