Antigua and Barbuda hosts basketball “Championship Night”, Spanish Heat and Ottos Coolers

Antigua and Barbuda: Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Association hosted the division two “Championship Night” featuring the match between the Spanish Heat and Ottos Coolers on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

The championship was held under the theme- “who will take the league title” at the oval basketball court. The name of the teams were Flyers 2- Spanish Heat and New Generation Slam- Ottos Coolers and the game has started at 6: 45 pm.

Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Association took to social media and invited the citizens to be part of the crazy match and added, “The dust has finally settled, but now it’s time to determine who is the CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS for the LEAGUE TITLE. Two heavyweights, SPANISH HEAT and OTTOS COOLERS, have clashed for the first time this season to determine the overall LEAGUE CHAMPIONS after winning their zones.

Firstly, the championship night featured the winners for the third place decided as the Flyers 2 battled New Generation Slam at 6:45 for the bronze medal. Antigua and Barbuda Basketball association stated that the night was very exciting and great for basketball at Ovals.

The championship night was held between two standings which are zone 1 and zone 2. Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Association announced the timings and schedule of the zones which is as follows:
