Barbados: Yesterday, Spiritual Baptist believers acted out the fourteen stages of the Cross and carried their Good Friday message around the city streets of Barbados.
According to Christian tradition, Good Friday marks the day that Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for all of humanity by dying on the Cross. Members of the spiritual Baptist faith marched to share the core messages of Jesus and Good Friday yesterday, April 7, 2023.
His Main Teachings are-Â
- Love God
- Love everyone as you love Yourself.
- Give people who have hurt you forgiveness.
- Love your adversaries.
- Request God’s pardon for your sins.
- Because he is the Messiah, Jesus has the power to pardon people.
- It’s important to repent of your sins.
- Avoid being inconsistent.

- In the coming of the Kingdom of God, the weak and the needy, not the powerful and wealthy, will inherit this kingdom.
Many priests, high priests, nuns and other members of the Spiritual Baptist faith took part in March and carried the Good Friday message across Barbados’ streets, urging people to practise holiness and have faith in God and his Kingdom.
