Dublanc FC’s New Signings Shine Bright in Convincing 4-0 Victory

CCCUL Dublanc FC continued their impressive form with a dominant 4-0 victory over Petro Carib Point Michel FC at Almond Park. The match kicked off at 7:00, and Dublanc entered the game on the back of a resounding 4-0 win in their previous match. The referee for the game was Lester Guiste.

Dublanc started with an unchanged lineup from their previous match. Point Michel displayed some resilience in the early minutes of the game. However, it was Dublanc who drew first blood when Patchenko Dijinho unleashed a well-placed long shot in the 15th minute, giving his team the lead.

Dublanc extended their advantage in the second minute of added time as the first half neared its end. Audel Laville capitalized on an attempted clearance by Point Michel and found the back of the net, making it 2-0 in favour of Dublanc at halftime.

At the start of the second half, Dublanc made a substitution, with Felix Anselm Jr. replacing McCorney Royer, who was injured. It didn’t take long for Dublanc to further strengthen their position, as Audel Laville netted his second goal of the match in the 50th minute. With a beautifully curled shot into the top far corner, he extended Dublanc’s lead to 3-0.

In the 65th minute, Dublanc made another change, with Chad Bertrand coming on for Patchenko. As the game approached its final stages, Dublanc introduced Jervanie Xavier and Shikel St. Marie into the match, replacing Tristane Shillingford and Audel Laville, respectively, in the 84th minute.

Dublanc’s captain, Briel Thomas, sealed the win in the game’s dying moments. In the 94th minute, he converted a low-driven shot from a free kick, adding to the scoreline and ensuring a convincing 4-0 victory for Dublanc.

The match concluded with Dublanc’s dominant display being the talking point. They showcased their defensive solidity and clinical scoring prowess, which could have resulted in an even more emphatic scoreline. The team’s new signings made an immediate impact, with Patchenko Dijinho and Audel Laville finding the back of the net.

Although unable to score in this match, Travist’ Snake’ Joseph had several opportunities but was unlucky not to convert them. Dublanc FC fan, José Deluge, remarked in a short interview that Snake missed a total of 13 clear chances. This stat, however, emphasizes his contribution to the team’s attacking threat.
