Trump says no to further media briefings on Coronavirus

President Donald Trump decides that he will not conduct any more media briefings on Coronavirus. Subsequently, he declares that on Twitter while wishing his wife Melania Trump on her birthday.

On April 26, 2020, Trump didn’t participate for coronavirus briefing in the White House. Subsequently, he decides to skip the briefing for the second consecutive day. On Saturday, President Trump didn’t show up because his daily appearance on the briefings is adversely affecting his upcoming Presidential campaigns. During his last briefing on Friday, President Trump lashes out at various media personnel. Further, he makes it clear through his tweets by criticizing journalists for their coverage on his Presidency, amid the pandemic.

Donald Trump’s tweets on Sunday

Initially, President Trump starts his Sunday morning with a tweet by giving warm wishes to his wife. Further, he also defines Melania Trump as the country’s Great First Lady in the same tweet.

Furthermore, three hours later, President Trump posts another tweet to deride various media houses by calling out their names. Subsequently, he mentions names like The New York Times, CNN and MSDNC.

Lastly, President Trump adds that there should be stricter laws against these Fake News Organizations. And, he mentions that filing lawsuits are the only way to rectify this unfortunate journalism.
