The green list of France includes all of the EU/Schengen region nations and several other non-EU countries already.

The French Ministry of the Interior states, “No restrictions shall apply when entering metropolitan France from a green list nation or territory. No compelling reason is needed for travellers to France.”
Along with this, the fully vaccinated travellers arriving in France from the green list nations are not required to obey the additional entry restrictions as long as they present a valid vaccination pass.
However, the vaccination certificates include the completion of the primary vaccination within the last nine months, with one of the vaccinations accepted as valid in France. Vaccination passes that indicate the vaccination with a booster shot are also acceptable.
Travellers that are not vaccinated from the “Green areas” can also enter France for travel purposes without having to follow any additional measures upon the arrival.”
The people who are not vaccinated and travelling to France from a green-listed nation must provide a PCR or a rapid antigen test taken recently.
Furthermore, the ministry outlined, “For unvaccinated travellers, the obligation to present a negative test to travel to France remains, but the measures on arrival (such as test, isolation) are lifted when they come from countries on the “green” list, characterized by a moderate circulation of the virus.”
