North Carolina women sues police after he broke her arm

A woman in North Carolina is taking legal action against the cop who has broken her arm after he has attempted to arrest her as she refused to show her license.

The 51-year-old Cindy Gardner of Mooresville is bringing an action against Sergeant Russell Clark after allegedly pulling her out of her apartment and throwing her on the ground, breaking her arm as he handcuffed her on April 8, 2020, as per the sources.

Moreover, she called the Moorseville Police Department at about 9.15 pm to make a noise complaint. When Clark showed up at the door as well as the Gardner raised the question that if the town had a curfew, he mentioned her ‘no’ and reportedly walked back to his patrol car.

When she followed him, she allegedly asked him to enforce the community rule of quiet time after 10 pm, but he ‘rudely refused the request,’ the lawsuit viewed by the sources.

Along with this, he returned to her door at about 9.30 pm as well as demanded her license after a female bystander told the police officers that the older woman had ‘kicked them.’

Meanwhile, Gardner denied the accusation, but Clark was asking for her licence, but she said no and she had not shared it when them, but he reportedly responded by yelling at her to obtain her ID, according to the sources.

Gardner has refused as well as reportedly lit a cigarette before trying to ‘engage in a civil conversation’ about how she was ‘tired of all the noise.’

Furthermore, at the time of the conversation, Clark demanded to observe her license as well as put her the fear of being her to prison if she refused, according to the lawsuit.
