The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA), in collaboration with TripAdvisor’s Senior Client Manager Carol Johnson, will be hosting its 2nd Tripadvisor Workshop on Thursday, May 25 2023.
The TripAdvisor Workshop aims to provide stakeholders within the Tourism Industry with tools to help manage their company’s online reputation.
The seminar will be held at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute on May 25, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. under the theme ‘Reviews, Reputation, and ROI: The seminar programme will include topics such as:
· TripAdvisor Overview
· Content Integrity
· Impact of Reviews
· Managing Online Reputation
· Powering Your TripAdvisor Presence
Immediately following the seminar, Carol will be offering one-on-one sessions where stakeholders will be able to use the opportunity to ask questions related to their specific brand and receive valuable insight.
During the session, participants will learn how to take advantage of the resources available to drive their business objectives, including, but not limited to, the following:
· Enhancing their TripAdvisor presence
· Increasing direct booking traffic
· Accessing free tools and data through the Management
Center
· Maintaining a Positive Online Reputation.
