Kemar Roach reaches milestone of taking 400 international wickets

Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago: Kemar Roach, the Barbadian cricketer, achieved an incredible milestone of reaching 400 international wickets. He took three wickets during the second test match against India, delivering 22 overs.

Kemar Roach took wickets of crucial Indian batters like Shubman Gill, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. He dismissed Shubman Gill on first day of second test match. The outswing delivery struck the edge of the bat, providing an easy catch for the wicketkeeper.

He sent the Indian youngster to pavilion early, scoring ten runs in 12 deliveries. Indian fans were seen disappointed by Shubman Gill’s performance in test series. During the first test match in Dominica, he only scored six runs in 11 balls.

Jadeja got edged at 61; the wicketkeeper Joshua Da Silva comfortably took the catch. Later, in 128th over, he bowled Ashwin, who was playing at 56.

At the end of day 2, India were all out at 438/10. West Indies played 41 overs yesterday and scored 86 runs by losing one wicket. The WIndies suddenly made a big change in their squad by reelecting Jomel Warrican.

He continued to play while Kevin Sinclair will have to wait for his first Test cap due to the dominance unleashed by Indian openers. India once again set a mountainous score of 438.

The Indian star player Virat Kohli scored his 76th International Century in his 500th test match, surpassing Indian Legend Sachin Tendulkar. He scored 121 in 206 balls, hitting 11 fours.
