The Brigadier general John Cushing, deputy commanding general for operations at the US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), stated, “This is a lucky chance for the people to consider the Army. we’ve taken a closer look at the military occupational specialists we need to fill to maintain the training bases, and that is where we need to focus upon.”

The USAREC mentioned that “the incentives for new recruits vary from $1000 to $40,000 for specific kind of jobs the Army requires to fill-in quickly that are already hard to fill because of the necessary qualifications required, such as Special Forces or radar repairers.”

This amount will be only provided to the only some people eligible for it. Meanwhile, to get the whole amount of $50,000, the individuals have to work harder as compared to the average enlistment contract.
