The five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council – China, Russia, the United States, and France decided to evade nuclear war and weapons in the time ahead.
The nations noted that their prior responsibility is to prevent wars that include nuclear weapons. All of the five members look forward to building a healthy and protective environment. If a nuclear war happens among the U.N.’s permanent council countries, it further increases their risk of engaging with other nations.
As per the information provided, all of the five members have made a mutual report in which they highlighted to deterrent all the nuclear wars and nuclear arms to spread in the coming time. Moreover, the report clearly mentions, “A nuclear war cannot be defeated as well as it is unable to fight. Nuclear war should be used as a defensive objective. Otherwise, it should not have existed. It has a lot of consequences.”
The Vice Foreign Minister of China, Ma Zhaoxu said, the joint statement can help develop a shared trust and faith between the five countries. He added, “It removes the conflicts between of all them. Instead of competition among them, there will be cooperation and support. However, they should be used for defensive objectives, to dissuade aggression, and to keep idea of war away”.
France administration officials noted that all the five nuclear powers would try their best to focus on avoiding nuclear war disarmament. It further said that “bilateral and multilateral approaches to nuclear arms control will be maintained.
The permanent member’s group’s message comes as relations between two peoples; during the end of the Cold War, the U.S. and Russia have reached a bad state. The relations between the countries of the U.S. and China are terrible because of several differences.
According to the information provided, the conflicts between Moscow and Western countries have increased after Russia deployed the army around the Ukraine border.
