The United States Cricket officials are delighted to announce the collaboration along with the ICC Americas. It is a beautiful opportunity for women that are pursuing the post-graduation course of International Sports Management and are involved in the team American Cricket.
American Cricket:
This course was developed at the University of London. The ICC- International Cricket Council offers one full scholarship, and the other 5 includes a 25% scholarship. It is around five scholarships for the female who desire to play sports.
Moreover, the people who got the scholarship should have approximately five years of experience in the field and must be professional. Also, the female should have at least five years of bachelor’s degree.
The due date to apply for this scholarship is Friday, January 7th, at around 5 pm, as it is considered as an excellent opportunity for girls. The University of London will share the list of eligible people for this competition and will be connected with the ICC. Afterwards, the ICC will determine the victorious women of the scholarship. This decision will bring an impact on the future of Cricket.
Apart from this, such opportunities occur when the Unites States Cricket work for the women and provide chances to them. In less than three months, USA Cricket announced in 2021 to 2023 plans to shape the future of women and girls with American Cricket. They made this decision to equalize the gender balance and grow the female involvement in all factors of sports.
The Board member of USA Cricket, Nadia Gruny, who is also a Girls Committee Chair, said, “The thriving cricket community in the U.S. require such essential women to be involved off the field. They are committed to delivering such types of development opportunities for women. It will look forward to the selective scholarship recipients.”
