Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II tests positive for COVID-19

In Windsor Castle, On Sunday, 95-year-old Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has tested positive for COVID-19 inside Buckingham Palace. She is suffering from common cold symptoms.

The Queen is facing mild cold-like symptoms and the monarch is expecting to perform the light duties from the coming few days.

As per the statement provided by Buckingham Palace, “She will continue to accept medical attention as well as will follow all the appropriate guidelines.”

Additionally, the eldest son of the Queen and heir, also known as the Prince of Wales, was affected by the COVID-19 infection on 10 February. After a gathering, his mother got infected on 8 February.
