Anderson County’s COVID-19 infection rate faces downtrend, falls below 50.8%: Experts

In the United States, the authorities of Tennessee has noticed fewer COVID-19 cases in the last week, and there were 7,890 new cases of infected people.

As per the information provided by the officials, there is a 40.1 per cent decrease noticed in the previous week’s record of 13,167 of the new cases of the virus that causes COVID-19.

According to the data analysis of Johns Hopkins University data, Tennessee has been ranked as the 17th along all of the states where the COVID-19 infection is increasing from person to person on a rapid basis. In the current week, COVID-19 cases in the United States is showing a downward trend of 30.4 percent from the week before, with around 323,600 cases noticed.

Along with this, Anderson County has noticed 153 cases and six casualties in the previous week.

A week before, there were 311 cases of infected people were noticed, and there were no deaths. During the pandemic, an average of 21,877 patients and 309 deaths were reported.

In all over Washington, the cases have been reduced there were 262 cases from 1,321 a week before, in Knox County, with 733 cases from 1,468 and in Sullivan County, with 337 cases from 990.

On the other hand, the survey of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data shows that the place has been ranked 5th along with at least one shot, with 61.4 percent oper citizens who are partially vaccinated. The national rate is 76.5 per cent.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, which are the most provided in the United States, need two doses administered a few weeks apart.

Tennessee reported administering another 35,214 vaccine doses in the week ending Sunday, including 7,533 first doses.

Previstate–administered vaccine doses counted 38,010, including 7,868 first doses.

Tennessee said that it had provided a total of 9,624,353 doses.
