United States: A ninth-grade student got injured after being stabbed during a dispute with another student. The incident took place at Encina Preparatory High School, in Sacramento, California, according to the authorities.

As per the sources, the second incident happened in the San Juan Unified School District in just over a month.

Moreover, the San Juan Unified School District and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office shared the information on the statement that that student that was taken to a nearby health care centre with non-life-threatening injuries as well as another student, an 11th-grader was handcuffed.

The staff members of the school, as well as the Sheriff’s office, are investigating the incident, which happened at the time of the first period on Monday, May 2.

Both the student that was involved in the statement were females.

Along with this, the classes remained in the session, but there was a lockdown as well as the shelter-in-place order in effect for a time as a protection at the Encina High and Katherine Johnson Middle School, which shared the same campus. That shelter in place has since the time been eased.

The deputies of the Sheriff had a word with both the witnesses as well as the students on the campus.

In addition, the majority of the Encina High School student parents picked their students up early after the school’s lockdown, as well as shelter-in-place, were relaxed.

Meanwhile, the mother of three students at San Juan Unified named, Sandra Adamss stated, “I felt super, super worried. Since the beginning of the year, this is every single day is a fight.”

Adamss highlighted that the girl who was injured was her daughter’s friend and her daughter witnessed the incident.

However, Adamss noted, “She just saw the blood on the girl. It was just like something that I didn’t expect, and that’s why I came to pick them up because I feel like so worried about what’s going on because this could happen to our kids too.”

One eighth-grade girl stabbed another one at Sierra Oaks K-8 School in the previous month. This incident was the first one in the district this year, as per the San Juan Unified staff.
