United States: After a string of stabbings in Southern California early on Monday that left one lady dead and three others injured, a guy was found carrying a knife, according to investigators.
According to authorities, Long Beach resident Yohance Sharp, 21, was arrested on suspicion of murder and his bail was set at $2 million. It wasn’t immediately known if Sharp had a lawyer to represent him.
Around 5:30 a.m., police in the vicinity of downtown Long Beach responded to a complaint of a stabbing. According to authorities, they discovered a 60-year-old lady who had been stabbed many times in her upper torso.
According to police, investigators discovered that the victim was standing there on Atlantic Avenue when a guy approached and attacked her.
Detectives think the stabbings were unprovoked, and the perpetrator and victims did not know one other, according to a police statement. However, the motivation for all attacks is yet unknown.
