United States: A homeless guy from St. Petersburg, Florida was detained on Saturday after it was reported by the police that he had assaulted a woman and steals her shoes.
The victim allegedly approached Christopher Paul Daw, 52, of St. Petersburg, for allegedly spitting on automobiles along West Bay Drive, according to Largo police.
According to the police report, Daw leapt during the altercation and kicked the lady in the abdomen, causing her to fall to the ground.
Along with this, at this moment, police said Daw reportedly grabbed the woman’s shoes off her feet and went to a neighbouring Walgreens.
According to the report, the suspect acknowledged kicking the victim after being informed of his rights. The woman’s shoes were given back to her after Daw was arrested.
Furthermore, he has now been accused of felony violence and abrupt grabbing robbery. The report states that Daw had been found guilty of battery in the past.
