Meanwhile, Gregson President, a member of the Saint Lucia national football team, pounced on a loose pass in the back, put Saint Lucia in the driving seat of the match and wrote the score 1-nil in the 18th minute of the game.

Kurt Frederick, an international soccer player from Saint Lucia doubled the score in the 40th minute as Saint Lucia pounced again on another mistake at the back to take a 2-nil lead into the half and put the match out of reach in the 61st minute by scoring his 2nd goal of the match to put Saint Lucia 3-nil up.

In addition, Dominica made a few substitutions after the goal got scored by the Saint Lucian team. Along with this, Briel Thomas, a Dominican football player, got a chance and scored from the penalty spot after substituting Felix Anselm, one of the seven new players on the Senior Men’s National Football Team, who was fouled in the box. Still, this last score from Briel Thomas was insufficient to pull off the time to make a comeback.
