PM Terrance Drew honours nurses, provides inspiring lessons

St Kitts and Nevis: The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis and Minister of Health, Dr Terrance Drew, felt honoured to provide brief inspiring life lessons to the lead nurses within the Federation at starting days of the two-day Nurses Leadership Workshop held at CUNA Conference Center.

PM Terrance Drew took to his official Facebook account, extended brief details of the workshop and provided a few pictures. He thanked the Nurses for showing their bravery and sacrifice towards the people of St Kitts and Nevis and reminded them of their crucial role in the healthcare sector. 

Furthermore, PM Terrance Drew by appreciating the nurse, quoted that they are the backbone of the healthcare system and their contribution is priceless, whether they are working on pandemic as the front liners or providing comfort to the patients and their families and also by supporting their colleagues during the difficult times.

 PM Terrance Drew added that they can make a difference, and he wants to remind the nurses to make an optimistic impact on the lives of others, and they should be proud.

As per the update, Dr Terrance Drew also shared his thoughts by providing brief inspiring life lessons to nurses by saying that leadership skills are important to achieve goals and that nurses exhibit strong leadership skills. 

Meanwhile, It will help the nurses to create a positive work environment by inspiring colleagues and providing the best possible care to patients. 

PM Terrance Drew also extended his inspiring life lessons and remarked, “Effective leadership promotes teamwork, fosters creativity and innovation, and creates a culture of accountability. 

In addition, he also urged all nurses to continue the great work they are doing at the same pace and to remember that their efforts always make a difference.
