As per sources, In late 1987, Verral Marshall visited St Kitts and was in love with the world of dining. In 1992, he accepted a position as a personal chef to a local businessman. In December 1996, he opened his first cafe, Horizon’s Poolside Café, and further, he changed the name to Marshall’s to reflect the personal touch.

Furthermore, for the past twenty-five years, the internationally trained chef, manager and proprietor has served and satisfied the taste buds of visitors and locals at his restaurant. His highly trained staff serves the most delicious international cuisine in a matchless setting in St Kitts.

Marshal’s restaurant provides a one hundred and thirty-seat capacity in the restaurant, set around a swimming pool. It has a layout for providing a cozy environment for the romantic couple and a romantic poolside and ocean view dining room.
