Kandra Bee, a digital creator, shared the experience of the incredible year 2022, especially on the travel and experience front. She travelled to about 50 countries.
She shared the experience through her official social media account and highlighted in the statement, “2022 … what an incredible year for me in many ways, but especially on the travel & experiences front. I was blessed to walk the grounds of a record-breaking 18 countries (yes, 18 // 13 new, five repeats) and get to my personal goal of 40 official countries before my 40th year on earth ends! I say official because territories “don’t count”, but if I were to add those, then my total is 50.”
In 2022, she dined at the most expensive restaurant in Dubai, as well as had the best $ 1 USD fresh squeezed orange juice in the mountains of Morocco.
Along with this, Kandra Bee experienced the pure opulence of Monaco and watched her son frolic in Hungary. She and her niece spent quality time in Luxembourg, and curly hair, also sun-kissed melanin, made heads turn in Croatia.
She drank bear with her brother in Amsterdam after she watched her mother pose for pictures in Prague.
Her son says swans in Switzerland, as well as her sister-in-love, made her discover the beautiful island of Bled (Slovenia). She tasted vodka in Finland, say the only remaining Viking ship in Sweden, as well as visited the castle where Shakespeare wrote (Kronborg, Denmark).
She further stated, “And as amazing as all of these were, nothing compares to me WALKING INSIDE THE PYRAMIDS OF EGYPT! I saw first-hand the mummy of Ramses Il, “kissed” the Sphinx and washed my hands in the Nile. I could go on, but this post is long enough already.”
Moreover, she had an amazing year with her family, and her solo journeys have surpassed even some of her other unique experiences.
Kandra Bee considered she had previously had dinner in the Andes Mountains of Peru after walking the reverent grounds of Machu Picchu, snorkelled in the Phi Phi islands (Thailand), as well as cried where Nelson Mandela was held captive (Robben Island, South Africa) one can only imagine how incredible 2022 must have been.
Never would she have, as a Lil Caribbean girl, dreamed that she would have enjoyed the experiences she has been blessed with so far.
Kandra Bee said, “Who else but God and his mercies!” She was sharing this not to brag or to boast but to give thanks for the life that she lived.
The digital creator highlighted, “I am not without my share of stress and worries, and Lord knows my life is far from perfect, but it is good. And also, sharing to be a reminder to many that just because you don’t see people post pics every day, and just because they aren’t “stunting for the gram”, doesn’t mean they don’t have a life. It just means that they live life differently.”
